Objectives and Activities
- Daily cleaning of rooms/ administration building/ property grounds.
- Sweeping, mop and wash floors, vacuum carpeting and area rugs
- Vacuum and dust upholstered furniture and draperies, dust all surfaces
- Make beds and change sheets
- Clean and disinfect bathroom surfaces and fixtures
- Empty all trash containers, dishwashers
- Wash walls, windows and ceilings
- Managing recyclables and rubbish
- Grounds snow removal, sweeping , and debris removal
- Continuously communicate and cooperate with all team members, Monitor and maintain all housekeeping tools, systems and equipment proactively
Work conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Fast paced environment, must be able to work under pressure
- Physically demanding – standing for long periods of time, bending, crouching, kneeling , reaching
- Must be able to repetitively lift 15 –20 pounds
Guest Services Agent
Skills and Qualifications:
- Past experience in a hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal and problem solving capabilities
- Able to perform critical duties ( faxing, photocopying, keyboarding, )
- Comfortable using - Excel, Microsoft word and email
- Job task planning and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions and be resourceful
- Work well with others and minimal supervision
Objectives and Activities
- Guest interaction (in person, over the telephone, written communication)
- Create, cancel and change room reservations.
- Provide information about our services and facilities.
- Continuously responding to guests needs proactively and energetically
- Investigate and resolve complainants and claims.
- Managing incoming reservations
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms, process group/individual arrivals and departures.
- Calculate charges and receive payments, balance cash and daily reconciliation
- Continuously communicate and cooperate with all team members.
- Employ systems and technology as required in serving our guests
